This summer I became a dealer for Ecoquest.  Ecoquest manufactures the world’s best air and water purification products.  The products are made at the headquarters in Tennessee and contain extremely high quality space certified technology.  The thing I enjoy the most about Ecoquest are the people.  The people that shared the opportunity with me are [...]

I found this little treasure this morning and I wanted to share it with you.
Here is an explanation of what this family is doing.  I disagree with their spiritual views because they are attempting to change themselves and ‘evolve’.  People try to change themselves all the time and fail.  Jesus changed me.  The Comforter (Holy [...]

Peak Oil.

Posted on September 25, 2008. Filed under: Personal Finance, Survival | Tags: , |

Peak oil is a concept I am getting to understand better.

A new financial direction.

Posted on September 14, 2008. Filed under: Personal Finance | Tags: , , , , |

After the last two weeks I have come to the realization that both the world is out to get me AND my bad habits are out to get me.  In an attempt to pay everyone I owe I didn’t leave anything behind for frivolous things like groceries and gas…

Last week was super deluxe fun.  It may extend into this week.  I believe God gave us intelligence and intelligence can be defined many ways.  None of the ways should include my name!  One way to define intelligence is by heuristic algorithms, meaning do you improve on what you are doing?  Are you doing things [...]

the world wants to destroy me. and you.

Posted on September 4, 2008. Filed under: Personal Finance | Tags: , |

I’ve gotta tell you, it’s been a rough week.  When you have the gift of faith it can be rough when God doesn’t seem to ride in and crush your problems.  I know God isn’t a cosmic vending machine, I get that.  I have been wrestling/arguing/hiding/running to/running from God this week.  I am naturally misanthropic.  [...]

2000 Nissan Xterra. 75,000 miles. $7899. It’s a steal.

Posted on September 1, 2008. Filed under: Personal Finance | Tags: , |

I’m still waiting for a buyer to snatch up my Xterra.  It’s in great shape and I really like it.  I just don’t need it.  So in an attempt to be frugal I want to sell it.
You can check it out on Craigslist
